Food Technology: Precision Knife Skills

Our Senior School students were focusing on precision knife skills in their Food Technology classes during this week.

Students learnt to Julienne (thin matchsticks), Baton (larger matchsticks) and Macedoine (dice) vegetables. This was a challenging task for students. However they were rewarded with hummus to dip their finished cuts.
