This week, the Year 2 students went on an excursion to the "Polly Woodside", the replica of a historical Tall Ship permanently moored in the Docklands.
Our educational trip helped evoke our students' curiosity. The students showed self-confidence in asking and answering questions about our inquiry unit 'Australia and the World'.
This fantastic experience provided the students with an opportunity to explore, draw inferences and make judgments about what life on the "Polly Woodside" would have been like back in the olden days.
The students had a great day and enjoyed each others' company.
