The Parent Portal is a very useful tool, and a site parents will visit frequently.
Here you can view your account, pay fees, check your details and request updates to them using the appropriate menu across the top.
The following is available on the Parent Portal:
- Book parent/teacher interviews
- Find Zoom links for parent/teacher interviews
- See how much is owing in school fees
- Find a history of previous payments, for both school fees and canteen
- Make payment towards school fees
- Make payment towards canteen account
- Access your child’s school photos for each year
- Update personal details for parents
- Update personal details for students
- Pay for upcoming events (such as Eid Festival)
- Pay for upcoming excursions and camps (if required)
- Provide consent and medical consent for upcoming excursions and camps.
Other functionalities such as Parent Teacher Interview bookings will be enabled at the appropriate time. Log on now and have a look around the site, and become familiar with all that you can do.
This is how you access the Parent Portal (via PC or smart phone):
1. From our website www.alsiraat.vic.edu.au, click on 'Our Sites', select 'Parent Portal'
2. Sign in with your email and password
3. Tabs across the top show what areas you can access
4. Click on the tab you wish to access.
