Mr Tahir Usman, an Executive Director from Mercy Mission Australia, visited Al Siraat to conduct a day of leadership training for our newly elected SRC members.
The program was interactive and students had an opportunity to share their view points as what a leader should look like. The program covered major topics like
- Time Management
- Leadership teams and responsibilities
- Decision making process
- Stress management.
Students explored Carl G. Jung’s theory of psychological types, where people can be characterized by their preference of general attitude. Students went through series of activities and explored their personality types.
It was fun and informative day during which our SRCs gained a lot of knowledge and practical tips to perform well as leaders.
