On today's Friday, 21 October 2022, we farewelled our Year 12 students in two separate assemblies on their last official day at school which made for both a highly inspiring and deeply moving day for our graduating Class of 2022.
Our Year 12's had an opportunity to reflect on their experiences at the College with their peers and coordinators. Teachers and students shared their experiences, words of advice, laughter and some tears in farewell speeches and messages from their parents and family members. Jackets were being signed, the traditional farewell cake cut, personalised awards and certificates handed out and group photos taken before our Year 12 cohort were seen off by the assembled Secondary School student body and staff.
We would like to wish our Year 11 and 12 students all the very best and much success for their upcoming VCE exams, commencing from next Wednesday, 26 October. It is hard to put into words how much we appreciate you and all the hard work and resilience you have shown, including during the many lockdowns with remote learning.
We ask our entire school community to please keep our VCE students in your prayers and du'as during this demanding exam time ahead! JazakAllah khairan.
