Our Junior School Assemblies run on a fortnightly basis on Friday mornings and usually runs for half an hour. Parents are always welcome to attend the assemblies which usually start off with a beautiful Qur'an Recitation by Yusuf Brookman from Year 6B, followed by the Welcome from the Head of the Junior School, Ms Shahidah. The Values of the Week will be presented to the assembly and students present their class work, ahead of this year's Junior School Exhibition.
Islamic Tradition Principal Ms Rahat addressed the students with a wonderful story of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his companions) and the Sahaba while Mr Mohammed spoke to the students as well in regards to this week's values.
The students always listen to a shaheed praising Allahu Ta'alas 99 most beautiful names and the assemblies finish off with du'as spoken by Shaykh Abdul Rahman.
